Canceled Orders
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service at support@Stridepure.com before 07:00 PM (GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Kindly include the following information: Order number and Contact information.
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once the package is in transit. If the package is already in transit, we recommend selecting "Reject" when you receive the delivery call for your package. After we receive the returned package, we will process the cancellation within 1-2 working days.

Return And Refund
1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. For a successful return, make sure the item is in its original condition – unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.Keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready. We want to ensure your satisfaction, and our return policy is hassle-free for your convenience.
- Stridepure Pajama: To be eligible for a return of Stridepure pajama, the item must be unused and in new condition, exactly as you received it. Please feel free to unpack the pajama, try it on to assess its materials and quality. If you decide to return it, please ensure it is in its original packaging with all tags and parts included. However, if you plan to return it, please refrain from damaging the packaging and avoid washing the pajama. Thank you for understanding.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please note all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, except for cases of product quality issues caused by our error.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To request a return and refund, email us at support@Stridepure.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for the refund. We'll respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
- For product quality issues (damaged or missing parts), please email us photos or videos. We'll either resend new products or provide a full refund. Resending time is the same as normal delivery, and full refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- If the product doesn't match the description, contact us for the original postal address. If unsure, email us at support@Stridepure.com.
We'll notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
3. Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account to confirm if the refund has been processed.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the refund posting.
- If you returned a product that was not approved for a return, it won't be refunded.
- Contact your bank to inquire about any processing time delays.
- If you have completed all the steps and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at support@Stridepure.com. We'll be happy to assist you further.
4. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products for reasons such as damage, wrong product, wrong size, or defects. To initiate an exchange, contact us atsupport@Stridepure.com.
5. DAMAGED And Wrong Product
Please inspect your item(s) and packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make a note while signing for delivery. For damaged items, send photos, videos, and a brief description of the damage to support@Stridepure.com. We'll process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos for freight damage must be sent within 24 hours of arrival to be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must also be reported within 24 hours.
6. NEVER ARRIVED
If your product hasn't been received for more than 30 days, contact our support team at support@Stridepure.com. We will offer a full refund or compensate you with 10% of the order amount if there are any delays in delivery.
7. EXCLUSIONS
Discounted, sale, or special offer orders are non-refundable. However, we do allow exchanges and store credit for such orders.

Policy Details and Exclusions
- Please ensure that products are returned in the original packaging to avoid affecting the second sale. All items must be returned with their original manuals, registration cards, accessories, boxes, outer cartons, and packing materials. If a product is returned damaged or with missing items, a restocking fee may apply up to the full purchase value, depending on the extent of damage or missing items.
- Please obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending any returns. Once authorized, items must be sent back within 2 weeks. Additional shipping charges due to special delivery requests (e.g., next-day delivery, international delivery) are non-refundable.
The 30-day return period begins from the day the customer receives the item(s). If over 30 days, customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
