Stridepure offers a limited warranty on manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of our corrective and barefoot shoes.

2. Warranty Claims

If you believe your Stridepure product is experiencing a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support team at support@stridepure.com within the warranty period. Proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order number) will be required to process your warranty claim.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., sole wear, fading)

  • Failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product
