Warranty Policy

 

At StridePure, we take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.  
Our warranty policy is designed to give you confidence and protection for your purchase of our barefoot shoes and other footwear.  

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

StridePure offers a limited warranty on manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) months from the date of purchase.  
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of our footwear.

2. Warranty Claims

If you believe your StridePure product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support team at support@stridepure.com within the warranty period.  
Proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order number) will be required to process your claim.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., sole wear, fading)  
• Accidental damage or misuse  
• Failure to follow care instructions  
• Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized third parties  
• External factors beyond normal use  

4. Warranty Resolution

Upon receipt of your claim, our team will review the issue and may request additional information such as photos or a description of the problem.  
If the defect is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product with an identical or equivalent product
• Offer a refund for the purchase price

5. Warranty Limitations

StridePure’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product purchase price.  
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of a defective product.
